Nature of the Service

This private reference stores no official roster, release, court, or corrections record. It cannot confirm custody, cause a release, submit a public-records request, or file a court document for a visitor.

Its role is limited to organizing links and explanations for Calcasieu Parish custody resources, Louisiana systems, and optional third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful, respectful, and consistent with the limited reference purpose of the service.

• Do not use the service in violation of any law.
• Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate another person.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not seek access to restricted accounts, servers, or data.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with access or normal operation for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Calcasieu Parish Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not issue background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using the service, you agree that its content will not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose, including those below.

• An employment, hiring, firing, or retention decision.
• Tenant selection, rental, or housing screening.
• A decision about creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permitting, or government-program eligibility when regulated by the FCRA.
• Any other use governed by the FCRA.

Links may lead to CPSO or Louisiana DPS&C pages, release-record resources, government portals, legal-aid information, and outside search services. A link does not amount to endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, data practices, terms, or availability, so review its rules before use.

Service Provided As Is

The entire service is supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made concerning the following matters.

• The accuracy, completeness, or current status of any detail.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
• The completeness or usefulness of a partner's search output.

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement from CPSO, Louisiana DPS&C, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Calcasieu Parish Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for loss or damage arising from access to, use of, or reliance on the site or a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Calcasieu Parish Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without prior written permission.
